Elizabeth Jewell, LCAM
Elizabeth Jewell was born and raised in Lake Wales, Florida where she currently resides with her family. She has been a Community Association Manager since 2004 and joined Garrison Property Services in 2011 managing homeowner and condominium associations.
Elizabeth is an experienced, qualified, and knowledgeable licensed community association manager in all aspects of association management. She will assist and provide leadership to the Board and facilitate the implementation of covenants and restrictions as set forth in the governing documents of the association including property maintenance.
Valerie Ramos, LCAM
Valerie Ramos has been in the association management industry for more than 8 years bringing experience in multiple fields; including, administrative services, accounting, code enforcement, and customer service. She is a dedicated, focused, and honest community association manager, experienced in all facets of community management and able to assist in both English and Spanish, making an excellent addition to our team.
Crystal Bunch, LCAM
Crystal was born and raised in Illinois. She moved to Florida in 2001 where she lives with her husband and children. Crystal brings her 15 years of customer service experience in management, accounting and sales to the team. She is an effective problem solver who is courteous, helpful and customer focused.

Kathy Alldredge, Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Kathy was born in upstate NY and moved to Florida at the end of 1998. Kathy has a diverse background; 8 years in the food service industry, 2 years of retail customer service and 10 years of administrative management, accounting, and customer service. Kathy has been a valued employee of Garrison’s for 10 years. Kathy is a member of MLS and has attended Community Association Management Education Classes.
Raven Mundy, Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper for Garrison Land Management, Inc.
Raven is the executive assistant to the owner and bookkeeper for Garrison Land Management, Inc. Raven is an experienced, knowledgeable, organized, focused and a dependable administrative staff assistant that has been with Garrison for several years. Give it to Raven and it will get done. Her other administrative duties include assisting with home inspections, showing properties to prospective renters, scheduling maintenance and repairs for rental properties to make sure that they remain in top notch condition.
Lindsey Chamblis, Administrative Assistant
Lindsey Chambliss was born and raised in Lakeland. Lindsey has been with the company for a little over a year and will be pursuing a CAM license this November. Lindsey comes to us with more than eight years of experience in customer service and has currently been shadowing one of our CAM’s, Elizabeth. Lindsey is very eager learn this field and take on a new role!

Kassandra was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Florida. Kassandra brings more that eight years of customer service experience and 3 years of administrative experience. She is a multi-tasker with always a smile on her face.

Rachael was born in New York and raised here in Florida. Rachael brings her knowledge of administrative services, accounting and her 16 years of customer service experience to the company.
