With this in mind, we have decided to partner with CINC Systems, LLC and South State Bank to provide our payment processing, banking and web services. Garrison Property Services, LLC in conjunction with CINC Systems, LLC will provide the following methods of payment starting on November 1, 2023:
- Online Payments: You will be able to make online payments using either e-check or credit cards. To make your payments, please go to our website at https://garrison.cincwebaxis.com. This website has been designed to allow you the convenience of making your payments online and accessing your account information. On your first visit to the website, you will need to register. Simply click on the “Register” button and complete the information required. Once your registration request is validated by Garrison Property Services, LLC, you will receive an email with a link to set your password. You can then log in with your email address and new password to make payments and access information about your community.
- Automatic Debit (ACH): You also have the option to set up ACH. If you select this option, you must complete the information online at https://garrison.cincwebaxis.com for reoccurring payments, your assessment payment will then be automatically deducted from your checking account each assessment due date.
- Online Recurring Payments: If you previously had recurring online payments (via eCheck or Credit Card), you will need to go to https://garrison.cincwebaxis.com and set up your recurring payments. If you do not have a login established yet, refer to the information above in Online Payments for your first visit instructions. To set up your recurring payments, log into your account and then click the Pay Assessments Link. On the Pay Assessments page, you can choose to set up your recurring payments for echecks or credit card by clicking on the New Recurring Echeck or New Recurring Credit Card link.
- Lockbox Service: Your monthly statement will have our new payment address on the remittance portion you send with your payment. Starting November 1, 2023, please discard any remittance forms you may have and begin using the new address. The new address for mailing payments accompanied is listed below. When writing your check, please make sure to make it payable to your Association and include your property address on the memo line.
- Please note that if you are currently paying your assessments using an online bill payment service or pay online through your personal bank’s online payment service, you must delete your current setup and add a new payee in order to ensure your payment is posted promptly.

- Account Information: Once you have logged into your account, you can access your account history and balance information by clicking on the Account Information link on the left side of your screen.
- Architectural Requests: Once you have logged into your account, you can also submit Architectural Requests and check on their status by clicking the ACC Request link on the left side of your screen.
