Meet Danielle Garrison, the Vice President/Marketing of Garrison Property Services and the beautiful daughter of the CEO, Joe Garrison. Danielle is an ambitious and hardworking individual who is currently pursuing a dual degree in International Business and  Business Management. She is an exceptional team player who brings immense value to the company through her leadership skills and exceptional work ethic.


Over the next two years, Danielle is planning to take her Community Association exam and FL Real Estate exam to expand her knowledge and skills in the industry. She is committed to achieving excellence in her endeavors and is working hard towards opening her own Garrison Property Services office in Florida.


Apart from her professional life, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is passionate about traveling and exploring new cultures, and she believes that experiencing new things is the key to personal growth and development.


Danielle is a perfect example of a young woman who is determined to make a difference in the world. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and positive attitude inspire everyone around her to do their best and strive for greatness.

Raven is the executive assistant to the owner and comptroller for Garrison Companies.  Raven is an experienced, knowledgeable, organized, focused and a dependable administrative staff assistant that has been with Garrison for several years.  Give it to Raven and it will get done.  Her other administrative duties include assisting with home inspections, showing properties to prospective renters, scheduling maintenance and repairs for rental properties to make sure that they remain in top notch condition.

Crystal has been in the customer services industry for over 22 years and brings her experience of management expertise, accounting skills, and sales to the team. Crystal has been a valued member of Garrison Property Services for over 7 years and has been dedicated in providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all of her communities and customers. As the operations manager, Crystal oversees the day to day operations of property managers, ensuring the communities are supported with every service Garrison Property Services offers.


Valerie Ramos, Licensed Community Association Manager

Valerie Ramos has been in the association management industry for more than 10 years bringing experience in multiple fields; including, administrative services, accounting, code enforcement, and customer service.  She is a dedicated, focused, and honest community association manager, experienced in all facets of community management and able to assist in both English and Spanish, making an excellent addition to our team.

Lindsey Chamblis, Licensed Community Association Manager

Lindsey Chambliss was born and raised in Lakeland. Lindsey has been with the company since 2019 and became a Property Manager in of October 2020. Since Lindsey has became a licensed property manager she has excelled in her new role, she does a great job and we are very proud of her.

With nearly 10 years of experience living in Polk County, Ronan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as a Community Association Manager.Ronan’s background in real estate has equipped him with the skills to navigate complex property management issues with ease. His strong work ethic and attention to detail ensure that every aspect of the community he manages is running smoothly and efficiently. But Ronan’s greatest asset is his warm and personable demeanor. Veronay Barnes, Licensed Community Association Manager, Licensed Real Estate Agent

Veronay is Garrison’s newest Community Association Manager. She has over a decade of customer service experience and years of management experience. She is a proactive, hardworking, and customer focused individual who is passionate about building great relationships through effective communication.

Kathy Alldredge, Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Kathy was born in upstate NY and moved to Florida at the end of 1998.  Kathy has a diverse background; 8 years in the food service industry, 2 years of retail customer service and 20 years of administrative management, accounting, and customer service.  Kathy has attended Community Association Management Education Classes, and has been a valued employee of Garrison’s for over 14 years.  .

Jasmine Gardner

Jasmine Gardner, Administrative Assistant

Jasmine was born and raised in Polk County Florida. She graduated from Winter Haven High School in 2021 and was dedicated to get straight to work. She has almost 2 years of experience in customer service. Jasmine is always ready to learn something new and achieve it. She is reliable, focused, and always there to help!

Kassandra Lopez, Administrative Assistant

Kassandra was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Florida. Kassandra brings more that 10 years of customer service experience and 8 years of administrative experience. She is a multi-tasker with always a smile on her face.

Rachael Rackoff, Administrative Assistant

Rachael was born in New York and raised here in Florida. Rachael brings her knowledge of administrative services, accounting and her 16 years of customer service experience to the company.

Cicely Allen, Architectural Administrative Assistant

Cicely is a Polk County native with over 25 years of experience in customer service. With 11 years of experience in retail management, 6 years in banking, and 10 years in insurance, Cicely is a true expert in her field. In addition to her extensive experience in various industries, Cicely also has experience in corporate hiring, interviewing, and training. She is a loyal, dedicated, and passionate individual with a customer-centric mindset. Whether she is helping a customer resolve an issue or training a new employee, Cicely always goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. You can trust that Cicely is committed to providing exceptional service and making a difference in the lives of those she serves.


Diane “Dee” Crowder, Architectural Administrative Assistant

Dee was raised in Lake Wales and is a lifelong Florida resident. She spent over 21 years in the insurance industry as a licensed agent. Dee brings with her many years of administrative and customer service experience.  She is organized, detailed oriented and always has a smile for our customers.



Tabitha Blincoe, Licensed Real Estate Agent

Tabitha was born and raised in Missouri and moved to Central Florida in 2021. She is an Indiana University graduate who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Tabitha went on to obtain her Florida Real Estate License in 2021 and Florida Community Association Management License in 2022. Her education, paired with over 7 years of experience in the customer service industry, is a key factor in Tabitha’s success in her role as Property Manager at Garrison Property Services
