Meet Danielle Garrison, the Vice President/Marketing of Garrison Property Services and the beautiful daughter of the CEO, Joe Garrison. Danielle is an ambitious and hardworking individual who is currently pursuing a dual degree in International Business and Business Management. She is an exceptional team player who brings immense value to the company through her leadership skills and exceptional work ethic.
Over the next two years, Danielle is planning to take her Community Association exam and FL Real Estate exam to expand her knowledge and skills in the industry. She is committed to achieving excellence in her endeavors and is working hard towards opening her own Garrison Property Services office in Florida.
Apart from her professional life, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is passionate about traveling and exploring new cultures, and she believes that experiencing new things is the key to personal growth and development.
Danielle is a perfect example of a young woman who is determined to make a difference in the world. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and positive attitude inspire everyone around her to do their best and strive for greatness.

As a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Community Association Manager (CAM), Notary, and the company’s Chief Financial Officer, she plays a vital role in both day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
In her current role, Raven manages a wide range of responsibilities, including overseeing real estate sales, managing rental properties, and handling the financials across the company. Her ability to balance client relations, compliance, and complex administrative duties makes her an essential asset to the team.

Crystal has been in the customer services industry for over 22 years and brings her experience of management expertise, accounting skills, and sales to the team. Crystal has been a valued member of Garrison Property Services for over 7 years and has been dedicated in providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all of her communities and customers. As the operations manager, Crystal oversees the day to day operations of property managers, ensuring the communities are supported with every service Garrison Property Services offers.
Lindsey Chamblis, Licensed Community Association Manager
Lindsey Chambliss was born and raised in Lakeland. Lindsey has been with the company since 2019 and became a Property Manager in of October 2020. Since Lindsey has became a licensed property manager she has excelled in her new role, she does a great job and we are very proud of her.
Amelia Kirkland, Licensed Community Association Manager
Amelia, a native of Bartow, Florida, brings a wealth of customer service experience to our company. Amelia’s dedication to providing exceptional service is evident in her daily responsibilities, where she excels in handling various administrative tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude.
In addition to her current role, Amelia has ambitious plans to further her career in the real estate industry. Kathy was born in upstate NY and moved to Florida at the end of 1998. Kathy has a diverse background; 8 years in the food service industry, 2 years of retail customer service and 20 years of administrative management, accounting, and customer service. Kathy has attended Community Association Management Education Classes, and has been a valued employee of Garrison’s for over 14 years. .
