Meet Danielle Garrison, the Vice President/Marketing of Garrison Property Services and the beautiful daughter of the CEO, Joe Garrison. Danielle is an ambitious and hardworking individual who is currently pursuing a dual degree in International Business and Business Management. She is an exceptional team player who brings immense value to the company through her leadership skills and exceptional work ethic.
Over the next two years, Danielle is planning to take her Community Association exam and FL Real Estate exam to expand her knowledge and skills in the industry. She is committed to achieving excellence in her endeavors and is working hard towards opening her own Garrison Property Services office in Florida.
Apart from her professional life, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is passionate about traveling and exploring new cultures, and she believes that experiencing new things is the key to personal growth and development.
Danielle is a perfect example of a young woman who is determined to make a difference in the world. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and positive attitude inspire everyone around her to do their best and strive for greatness.

Crystal has been in the customer services industry for over 22 years and brings her experience of management expertise, accounting skills, and sales to the team. Crystal has been a valued member of Garrison Property Services for 10 years and has been dedicated in providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all of her communities and customers. As the operations manager, Crystal oversees the day to day operations of property managers, ensuring the communities are supported with every service Garrison Property Services offers.
Lindsey Chamblis, Licensed Community Association Manager
Lindsey Chambliss was born and raised in Lakeland. Lindsey has been with the company since 2019 and became a Property Manager in of October 2020. Since Lindsey has became a licensed property manager she has excelled in her new role, she does a great job and we are very proud of her.

Amelia, a native of Bartow, Florida, brings a wealth of customer service experience to our company. Amelia’s dedication to providing exceptional service is evident in her daily responsibilities, where she excels in handling various administrative tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude.
In addition to her current role, Amelia has ambitious plans to further her career in the real estate industry. Kathy was born in upstate NY and moved to Florida at the end of 1998. Kathy has a diverse background; 8 years in the food service industry, 2 years of retail customer service and 20 years of administrative management, accounting, and customer service. Kathy has attended Community Association Management Education Classes, and has been a valued employee of Garrison’s for over 14 years. .

Aileen Sekyi, Licensed Community Association Manager
Aileen was born in New York and moved to Florida in 1994. She joined Garrison Property Services in April 2026 and became a Licensed Community Association Manager in July 2026. With over 10 years of customer service experience, Aileen brings a strong focus on communication and helping others to her role.
Aileen enjoys working with homeowners and boards to help keep communities organized, address concerns, and find solutions to the day-to-day needs of the communities she manages. She is committed to providing friendly, responsive service and helping the communities she works with run smoothly.

Hi! I’m Jasmin, an admin in the community association world with a focus on helping HOAs run smoothly. I was born and raised in Massachusetts and made the move to Florida in 2021. I’m currently working toward my goal of becoming a licensed property manager and learning as much as I can along the way. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me in the garage working on cars—it’s my favorite way to unwind and get creative.
Meghan Hyden, Manager in Training
Meghan is a new member of the Garrison family and is excited about beginning to work with her assigned communities.
She was born in Winter Haven while her parents were here visiting family. She grew up and spent most of her life in Texas.
With a constant thirst for knowledge, she went to college and has followed several career paths in her life, including being a teacher, a cake designer, an executive assistant, and a book editor. After working in retail management for several years, the passing of her mother showed that life is too short, and it was time to once again make a change. She began working as an Office Admin at a community here in Lakeland.
Not long after she made that career switch, she found out that she had cancer. Though hard on her body, she vowed to be positive and uplifting through the journey, and to remember that she never walks alone. When one of her neighbors heard she was ready to make another change but wanted to stay in the kind of industry she had grown to love, they recommended Garrison to her, and not long later, she was offered a position.
When she is not at work, she spends time with her boyfriend, is very involved in church, and continues to edit books. An avid reader, gardener, and explorer, she always longs for that next “great adventure,” whether it’s in a book or in real life.
Kayleze Stevens, Administrative Assistant
Kayleze was born in Pennsylvania and has called Florida home for the past 11 years. After graduating high school, she earned her CNA license at the age of 18 and began her career working in healthcare, where she developed a strong passion for helping and working with others.
Today, Kayleze is a Financial Administrator with Garrison Property Services. She works closely with homeowners, board members, and vendors to help keep the financial side of the communities running smoothly. She strives to make sure each association’s needs are understood and that homeowners feel heard, informed, and assisted when they reach out to the office.
Coming from a background centered around caring for and helping others, Kayleze brings that same approach to her work today. She believes that good communication, patience, and being willing to help can make a big difference, especially when dealing with questions or concerns regarding a homeowner’s account.
Outside of work, Kayleze enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of life in Florida.
Carol Taylor, Administrative Assistant
Carol has lived in Dundee, Florida for most of her whole life. She recently joined the Garrison team in May of this year. Carol graduated from Medical Assisting school where she received her diploma and worked in the medical field for ten years.
She has over 25 years of customer service and accounting knowledge to bring to our company.
She enjoys helping people and being part of a team in the community.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three granddaughters.
Samantha Baldwin, Administrative Assistant
Samantha was born and raised in central Florida. With over 10 years in the hospitality industry, she’s ready to assist our community members. Her experience has taught her efficiency and precision in fast-paced environments, which she brings to her work with residents and vendors.
Outside of work, she spends her time reading or painting.
